目前我国内燃机车燃油消耗是以机车油箱标尺及回段添加燃油报表来确定的,这种计量方式的缺点一是误差较大,二是司机不能随机监测耗油量,而无法掌握机车柴油机的工作状态。大连铁道学院与山海关机务段协作,共同研制的FCR—1型随车燃油消耗计量仪解决了这一问题。该油耗仪采用8031单片机系统,油耗报表由微型打印机打出,累计时间的最大误差小于30秒,累计油耗误
