目的调查某11岁患儿铅中毒的原因。方法用流行病学方法,调查患儿生活周围的环境、相关人群状况及饮食情况。采集手摇爆米花机的机罐浸泡液和患儿常食用的爆米花,分析铅含量。结果流行病学调查排除环境污染因素。实验室检测结果,机罐浸泡液铅含量平均80.0mg/L,爆米花铅含量平均14.3mg/kg,判定患儿轻度铅中毒是由于长期食用含铅量高的爆米花引起。结论患儿长期食用含铅量高的爆米花,铅经消化道吸收致轻度中毒。生长发育阶段儿童对铅的吸收是成人的5倍,但对铅排泄功能较弱,导致轻度铅中毒。
Objective To investigate the cause of lead poisoning in a 11-year-old child. Methods Using epidemiological methods to investigate the environment around the children’s lives, the status of the crowd and diet. Collection of hand popcorn popcorn machine cans and children often eat popcorn, analysis of lead content. Results Epidemiological investigation excluded environmental pollution factors. Laboratory test results, the average tank lead content soaking tank 80.0mg / L, popcorn lead content average 14.3mg / kg, children with mild lead poisoning is due to long-term consumption of lead-containing popcorn. Conclusion Long-term consumption of children with popcorn high lead content, lead absorption by the digestive tract caused mild poisoning. Children’s growth and development of children’s absorption of lead is 5 times that of adults, but the function of lead excretion is weak, resulting in mild lead poisoning.
