目的：分析旋转铰链型膝关节置换术治疗膝部骨肿瘤临床疗效。方法随机选取2011年2月至2014年2月在我院采用旋转铰链型膝关节置换术治疗膝部骨肿瘤的40例患者作为研究对象，对术后患者进行随访和Enneking肢体功能评分，分析旋转铰链型膝关节置换术治疗膝部骨肿瘤的临床治疗效果。结果40例患者经过治疗后，有2例患者出现肢体麻木，不敢行走的现象，有3例肿患者出现伤口感染现象；通过6个月的随访，所有患者的膝关节运动良好，行走时未出现跛行状况，与正常肢体无大差异；Enneking肢体功能评分，在胫骨上端行旋转铰链型膝关节置换术的患者评分为优的有29例，在股骨下端行旋转铰链型膝关节置换术的患者评分为优的有32例，对所有患者进行X片检查，未出现假体松动、下沉等异样。结论旋转铰链型膝关节置换术治疗膝部骨肿瘤效果良好，是膝部骨肿瘤保肢的良好方法。“,”Objective Analysis of the rotating hinge knee replacement treatment of bone tumors of the knee clinical curative effect.
