自我效能感是班杜拉社会学习理论的核心概念,本文就自我效能感的含义、功能和影响因素进行了论述,并就如何在外语课堂教学中培养和提高学生的自我效能感提出建议。
Self-efficacy is the core concept of Bandura’s social learning theory. This article discusses the meaning, function and influencing factors of self-efficacy, and puts forward suggestions on how to cultivate and improve students’ self-efficacy in foreign language classroom teaching.
