目的 :探讨模拟海拔 70 0 0米缺氧小鼠肺和脑组织中 NOS活性的变化。方法 :2 4只小鼠随机分为常氧对照组、急性低氧组和低氧 /再复氧组 ,分别测定肺和脑组织的 NOS。结果 :急性低氧组肺、脑组织 NOS水平较常氧对照组及低氧 /再复氧组复氧组明显下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,低氧 /再复氧组 NOS活力较常氧对照组下降不明显 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :低氧时 NOS活力下降。
Objective: To investigate the changes of NOS activity in the lung and brain of simulated hypoxia mice at an altitude of 70 000 meters. Methods: Twenty four mice were randomly divided into normoxia control group, acute hypoxia group and hypoxia / reoxygenation group. The NOS of lung and brain tissue were measured respectively. Results: The levels of NOS in lung and brain tissue in acute hypoxia group were significantly lower than those in normoxic control group and hypoxia / reoxygenation group (P <0.01) Oxygen control group decreased not significantly (P> 0.05). Conclusion: NOS activity decreased in hypoxia.
