为了研究高脂血症对大鼠小肠各段肠管形态结构变化的影响,试验将20只大鼠随机分成两组,即空白组(饲喂普通饲料)和高脂组(饲喂高脂饲料),解剖大鼠取十二指肠、空肠,制作石蜡切片,苏木精-伊红(H.E.)染色,显微镜观察。结果表明:高脂血症大鼠十二指肠和空肠肠绒毛高度极显著减小(P<0.01),绒腺比极显著减小(P<0.01),黏膜层厚度显著减小(P<0.05),外纵肌肌层厚度明显减小(P>0.05)。说明高脂血症会改变肠管形态结构,影响营养物质的消化、吸收。
In order to study the effect of hyperlipidemia on the morphological changes of intestine in different stages of intestine, 20 rats were randomly divided into two groups: blank group (normal feed) and high fat group (fed high fat diet) The anatomy rats were taken duodenum and jejunum and paraffin sections were made. Hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining and microscopic observation were performed. The results showed that the intestinal villi of duodenum and jejunum in hyperlipidemic rats were highly and significantly decreased (P <0.01), and the velveteen of hyperlipidemic rats significantly decreased (P <0.01) and the thickness of mucosal layer was significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the thickness of muscular layer of outer longitudinal muscle decreased significantly (P> 0.05). That hyperlipidemia will change the intestinal morphology, affecting the digestion and absorption of nutrients.
