复方氯丙嗪片的主要成分是盐酸氯丙嗪和盐酸异丙嗪。两成分的化学结构与理化性质相似,吸收光谱严重重叠。氯化钯比色法及非水滴定法只能测定两者的总量,且操作繁琐费时。对复方氯丙嗪片中二组分的含量测定有双波长法及最小二乘法等。本文用三波长法和正交函数法,不经分离,直接测定盐酸氯丙嗪和盐酸异丙嗪各自的含量。方法简单、快速、准确。
The main components of compound chlorpromazine tablets chlorpromazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride. The chemical composition of the two components is similar to the physicochemical properties, and the absorption spectra overlap seriously. Palladium chloride colorimetric and non-aqueous titration can only determine the total amount of both, and tedious and time-consuming operation. In this paper, three wavelengths and orthogonal function method, without separation, direct determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride content. The method is simple, fast and accurate.
