以富锌蛹虫草菌丝体水、乙醇、乙酸乙酯提取物为研究材料,对其体外清除O_2~-自由基、羟自由基和DPPH有机自由基的抗氧化能力进行了测定。结果显示:提取物的浓度越高,对O_2~-自由基、羟自由基、DPPH的清除率越高。不同溶剂提取物对不同自由基清除率作用不同,当提取物浓度为90 mg/m L时,水提取物对O_2~-自由基清除率最高可达66.93%,乙醇提取物对羟自由基清除率最高为87.59%,乙酸乙酯提取物对DPPH清除率最高达到100%。
The antioxidative activities of O_2 - free radical, hydroxyl radical and DPPH free radical in vitro were determined by using water, ethanol and ethyl acetate extracts of Zinc - rich Cordyceps sinensis mycelium as materials. The results showed that the higher the extract concentration, the higher the clearance rate of O 2 - free radical, hydroxyl radical and DPPH. Different solvent extracts have different effects on different free radical scavenging rates. When the extract concentration is 90 mg / m L, the highest scavenging rate of O 2 - radical on water extract can reach 66.93%.
