再发型多发型神经根神经炎比较少见,至今国内外报道较少。我院自1970～1984年共收治4例,现报告如下: 例一:女,28岁。1963年(16岁时)因四肢无力住我市一医院,诊断多发性神经根神经炎,治疗一月出院。2月后痊愈能从事体力劳动。1975年9月3日发生咽痛、流涕,5日双上肢无力、胸闷、吞咽困难,6日入院。诊断再发型多发性神经根神经炎,妊娠3个月。查体:双侧咽反射消失,四肢肌张力减 Hair loss and multiple nerve root neuritis is relatively rare, so far less reported at home and abroad.
