本文阐述半奥氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢PH15-7Mo的使用情况和在使用过程中曾遇到的问题。PH15-7Mo做CY1-17型压力传感器上的弹性波纹膜片,解决了在红发烟硝酸介质中测量压力的技术关键。弹性波纹膜片的有效直径为φ20.5mm,厚度为0.12-0.95mm。制成的波纹膜片,在其量程内最大位移量为0.5+0.1mm;迟滞误差不大于总位移的0.8%;非线性误差不大于总位移量的±1%。一般情况下,成品率为70%左右。经过上海自动化仪表四厂和宝鸡仪表厂十年来的批量生产实践和有关单位对CY1-17型压力传感器的应用结果表明:PH15-7Mo是当前制造该类型弹性波纹膜片的较好材料,达到了有关技术要求,可以推广使用。本文所用材料是按“上钢研协05-73”协议要求的化学成分供料。其化学成分与GB1220-75条件所列0Cr15Ni7Mo2Al材料成份相比较,C≤0.08%;P≤0.01%;S≤0.01%,余量基本相同。
