目的:研究川杏合剂的止咳、化痰作用。方法:各取动物50只,随机分为5组:空白对照组(ig给予生理盐水),阳性对照组(ig给予蛇胆川贝枇杷膏),川杏合剂低剂量、中剂量及高剂量给药组。分别采用小鼠二氧化硫法和氨水引咳法,对川杏合剂的止咳作用进行研究。同此法分组、给药,采用小鼠气管段酚红排泌量法和大鼠排痰量法对川杏合剂的化痰作用进行研究。结果:与空白组相比,川杏合剂能明显抑制由二氧化硫和氨水引起的小鼠咳嗽潜伏期和3 min内的咳嗽次数(P<0.05);能显著提高小鼠气管段酚红排泌量(P<0.05),提高大鼠给药后气管段的痰平均分泌量(P<0.05)。结论:川杏合剂具有较强的止咳化痰作用。
Objective: To study the antitussive and phlegm-inducing effects of Chuanxing Mixture. Methods: Fifty animals from each group were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group (ig given saline), positive control group (ig given snake gallbladder loquat cream), Chuanxing mixture low dose, middle dose and high dose group. Respectively using mice sulfur dioxide method and ammonia cited cough method, Chuanxing agent cough effect. With the method of grouping, administration, the use of mouse tracheal section phenol red excretion and rat sputum volume method of Chuanxing mixture of phlegm to study. Results: Compared with the blank group, Chuanxing Mixture could significantly inhibit the latent period of cough induced by sulfur dioxide and ammonia water and the number of coughs within 3 min (P <0.05), and significantly increase the amount of phenol red excretion P <0.05), and increased the average amount of sputum in tracheal segment after administration (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chuanxing mixture has strong cough and phlegm.
