牡丹江市现有13万多名中学生。其中,普通中学124 712人,职业中学7 654人。他们是民族的未来,是祖国现代化建设的接班人。他们在生理、心理、人格、道德等方面的全面健康发展是我们全社会的期望。近十几年来,由于学校主动或被动(受升学、人口、就业压力影响),片面追求升学率;忽视中学生的生理、心理成长和全面健康问题。导致中学生只重视学习,产生不健康的生活方式,比如:严重缺乏体育锻炼、运动时间过少、长期睡眠时间不足、学习时间过长、膳食结构不合理、长期摄入“三高食品”。不主意用眼卫生、口腔卫生、经常不吃早餐、过度使用电脑、出现严重心理问题不主动要求救等健康问题。
Mudanjiang City, the existing more than 130,000 secondary students. Among them, there are 124,712 general secondary schools and 7,654 vocational secondary schools. They are the future of the nation and successors to the motherland’s modernization drive. Their all-round healthy development in the aspects of physiology, psychology, personality and morals are the expectations of our society as a whole. In the past decade or so, one-sided pursuit of enrollment rate has been overlooked because of active or passive schooling (affected by further studies, population and employment pressure); neglect of secondary school students’ physiological and psychological growth and overall health problems has been neglected. As a result, middle school students only pay attention to study and produce unhealthy lifestyles. For example, there is a serious lack of physical exercise, too little exercise time, insufficient long-term sleep time, long study time, unreasonable diet structure and long-term intake of “three high foods”. Not intended to use eye health, oral hygiene, often do not eat breakfast, overuse the computer, serious psychological problems do not take the initiative to ask for help and other health issues.
