目的：结合书本知识及操作实践，总结如何指导病人正确煎服中药，以提高疗效。同时也起抛砖引玉的作用。方法：煎药器皿：目前通常用砂锅。砂锅的性质稳定，不易于中药内所含化学成份起化学变化，且传热性能和缓，受热均匀，煎出的汤液质量好，价格又低廉，故应首选砂锅。其它如搪瓷或玻璃等制成的器皿也可以作煎具用，此类器皿的性质亦较稳定，不会发生化学变化。若用金属器皿，尤其用铁锅煎药，其化学性质不稳定，易氧化，中药所含有鞣质量易与铁发生化学反应，生成鞣酸铁，从而影响中药的疗效，故均不宜采用铁皿煎药。结果：而中药汤剂作为我国传统医学中应用最早、最广泛的一种剂型，具有悠久的历史。晋代的《针灸甲乙经》中就有神农本草以为汤液的记载。结论：正确的煎服中药可以增加疗效，还容易被吸收，作用强，价格低廉。“,”Objective:to combine book knowledge and practice,summed up how to guide patients correctly Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to improve the curative ef ect.At the same time also play a valuable role.Method:decocting vessel:usual y the casserole.Stable casserole,not easy to traditional Chinese medicine contained in the chemical composi-tion from chemical changes,and the heat transfer performance and,uniform heating,decocting soup quality good,price is low,so it should be the first choice in casserole.Like other made of enamel and glass containers can also be fried with such vessel,nature is more stable,no chemical change.If use metal utensils,especial y with a wok decoction,its chemical properties are un-stable,easily oxidized,traditional Chinese medicine containing tanning quality easy chemical reaction,generate iron and iron,thus af ecting the ef icacy of traditional Chinese medicine,so it should not be used iron pan decoct medicinal herbs.Results:the decoction of Chinese medicine as a form of traditional Chinese medicine in the application of the earliest,most widely used,has a long history.The Jin Dynasty “A-B Classic of acupuncture and Moxibustion”have the Shennong Bencao think soup records.Conclusion:correct Decoction of Chinese medicine can increase ef icacy,but also easy to be absorbed,strong function,low price.
