目的:观察半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法:选取120例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例,2组均给予瑞巴派特片、克拉霉素胶囊、雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊进行治疗,治疗组在此基础上根据患者病情辨证使用半夏泻心汤,2组均连续治疗4周,比较2组患者的临床疗效、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性率及不良反应情况等。结果:经连续治疗4周后,对照组总有效率为73.3%,治疗组总有效率为95.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组Hp阳性率为51.7%,治疗组Hp阳性率为25.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组胃泌素含量为(116.4±28.5)pg/m L,治疗组胃泌素含量为(139.2±27.1)pg/m L,2组胃泌素含量均较治疗前有所上升(P<0.05),2组胃泌素含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未出现其他严重的不良反应。结论:辨证使用半夏泻心汤联合西药对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者进行治疗,可显著改善患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效,具有疗效较好、安全性高等特点。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of Banxiaxiexin Decoction combined with Western medicine in treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: A total of 120 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group of 60 patients. Both groups were given rebamipide, clarithromycin and rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules for treatment On this basis, according to the patient’s condition, using Banxiaxiexin Decoction dialectically, the two groups were treated for 4 weeks continuously. The clinical curative effect, positive rate of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: After 4 weeks of continuous treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the positive rate of Hp in the control group was 51.7% , The positive rate of Hp in the treatment group was 25.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the gastrin level in the control group was (116.4 ± 28.5) pg / m L, the gastrin content in the treatment group was ( 139.2 ± 27.1) pg / m L, both gastrin levels increased compared with those before treatment (P <0.05). There was significant difference in gastrin levels between the two groups (P <0.05). No other serious side effects occurred in both groups. Conclusion: The use of Banxiaxiexin Decoction combined with western medicine in treating patients with chronic atrophic gastritis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve the clinical curative effect, with good curative effect and high safety.
