我们使用6个月短化方案,对城市组痰菌阳性初治肺结核病人113例采用全监化疗;农村组110例采用全程管理化疗。两组病人疗程结束,近期疗效痰菌阴转率均达97％以上,平均每例药费150元。上述管理方法和方案能为当地病人所接受,取得了较高的效益。 We use a 6-month shortening program, 113 cases of tuberculosis patients with positive sputum positive sputum in the urban group were treated with full-regimen; 110 cases in the rural group were treated with chemotherapy.
