跨入新世纪,特别是党的十八大以来,军旅小说的人物谱系有了可喜的升华,一些作家在现实生活与复杂矛盾中塑造英雄形象,在家国情怀与历史担当中弘扬中国精神,使英雄主义得到了回归,中国精神得到了弘扬,一批崭新的当代军人形象登上文坛。为了进一步提升军旅小说的思想和艺术品位,作家必须坚守英雄叙事,高扬中国精神,警惕、回避另类化与世俗化的审美误区,以创造更多的军人英雄形象。
