天津市和平里南市东兴街居住区,人口密集,房屋破旧。选择这样一个地区进行研究,目的是想从中找出一些对旧区改造可供借鉴的东西。改建规划的几项原则是:服从总体规划的要求;尽量做到住户不外迁或少外迁;提高居住水平改善居住环境:区以上公共建筑尽量少调整;考虑旧区历史特点,讲求经济效果。整个居住区改造规划将分期完成,第一批汇南里、高家大院小区计划今明两年完成。
The residential area of Dongxing Street, Pingnan City, is densely populated and houses are old. The purpose of choosing such a region for research is to find out from it some of the things that can be used to learn from the transformation of old districts.
