本文用放射免疫法测定了87例病理确诊的原发性肝癌(PLC)病人和332例对照组的血清铁蛋白(SF)水平.结果表明,SF在PLC时明显增高,以SF≥200ng/ml为铁蛋白阳性,SF的阳性率为42.53%,真阴性率为94.07%,诊断准确性为73.87%.在AFP阴性的PLC病人中,SF阳性率为57.1%.因此,SF对PLC有一定的诊断价值,有助于对AFP阴性PLC的诊断.AFP和SF联合诊断的阳性率为89.66%.逐步回归分析提示,PLC时,SF水平与癌组织中铁蛋白含量及癌旁肝组织铁染色程度有关.本文认为,PLC时,SF升高的原因是综合的、复杂的.
In this article, serum ferritin (SF) levels in 87 pathologically diagnosed primary liver cancer (PLC) patients and 332 control groups were determined by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that SF was significantly increased in PLC, with SF≥200ng/ml. Positive for ferritin, SF positive rate was 42.53%, the true negative rate was 94.07%, the diagnostic accuracy was 73.87%. In the AFP negative PLC patients, SF positive rate was 57.1%. Therefore, SF has a certain degree of PLC The diagnostic value is helpful to the diagnosis of AFP-negative PLC. The positive rate of combined diagnosis of AFP and SF is 89.66%. Stepwise regression analysis suggests that when PLC is used, SF levels are related to the level of ferritin in cancer tissues and the degree of iron staining in adjacent liver tissue. This article thinks that when PLC, the cause of SF rise is comprehensive and complex.
