调节性T细胞是机体维持自身耐受的重要组成部分,在免疫耐受、自身免疫病、移植、肿瘤等方面均有极其重要的作用。在很多免疫性疾病如移植物抗宿主病中调节性T细胞的数量和功能存在显著异常。最近研究发现,叉头状转录因子3(FOXP3)对于调节性T细胞的发育和功能具有重要作用,是调节性T细胞发育的一个关键转录因子。文章就FOXP3的分子结构功能、与CD4+CD2+5Treg细胞在发育和功能上的关系及临床检测的意义予以综述。
Regulatory T cells is an important part of the body to maintain their own tolerance, immune tolerance, autoimmune diseases, transplantation, cancer and other aspects are extremely important role. There are significant abnormalities in the number and function of regulatory T cells in many autoimmune diseases such as graft versus host disease. Recent studies have found that forkhead transcription factor 3 (FOXP3) plays an important role in the development and function of regulatory T cells and is a key transcription factor in the development of regulatory T cells. This review summarizes the molecular structure and function of FOXP3 and the relationship between the development and function of CD4 + CD2 + 5 Treg cells and the clinical significance.
