当今高职学生多为独生子女,生活条件比较优越,由于家庭和父母的过分溺爱或过分要求,加之高职学生在求学生涯中或多或少都遭受过挫折和失败,经常引发高职学生不良情绪。因此,在高职教育教学过程中,学生的情绪管理问题不容忽视。本文拟结合班主任德育工作实际,通过问卷调查和访谈等方式,了解掌握高职学生的情绪现状,理性分析学生不良情绪产生的原因及背景,结合调查研究,探索班主任工作过程中加强学生情绪引导和管理,帮助学生养成自我情绪调节、控制、升华的方法。
Today’s vocational students are mostly single children, living conditions are superior, due to family and parents too spoiled or over-demanding, combined with vocational students in their career more or less have suffered setbacks and failures, often lead to vocational students bad mood. Therefore, in the process of higher vocational education and teaching, students’ emotional management problems can not be ignored. This article intends to understand the status quo of emotion of senior vocational students by means of questionnaires and interviews, and analyzes the reason and background of the students’ negative emotions rationally. Combining with the investigation and study, Management, to help students develop self-emotional regulation, control, sublimation method.
