从内在向度着眼,中国特色社会主义文化发展道路是以人为本之路,需要把为什么人作为根本原则问题,把满足人民精神生活需求作为出发点,把发挥人民主体力量作为立足点,把促进人的全面发展作为落脚点。从外在向度着眼,中国特色社会主义文化发展道路又是面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来之路,应该正确处理“雅”与“俗”、“古”与“今”、“虚”与“实”、“中”与“外”等关系,确保文化发展的正确方向,推动传统文化现代化,发挥软文化的硬实力,提升中华文化国际影响力。
