目的:建立简便快速的还原型维生素C测定方法。方法:利用还原型维生素C还原NBT为蓝色化合物,在CPB水溶液形成胶束增溶作用下,提高检测方法的灵敏度,检测波长650 nm。结果:还原型维生素C浓度在5~100μg/ml范围内与吸光度具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),回收率在95%~102%之间,RSD为2.17%。结论:该法操作简便,显色灵敏,稳定性好,结果准确,适用于还原型维生素C的测定。
Objective: To establish a simple and rapid method for determination of reduced vitamin C. Methods: NBT was reduced to blue by reducing vitamin C. The sensitivity of the detection method was improved under the action of micellar solubilization in aqueous solution of CPB. The detection wavelength was 650 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between absorbance and concentration of vitamin C (r = 0.9994) in the range of 5 ~ 100μg / ml. The recoveries were between 95% and 102% with RSD of 2.17%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, stable, accurate and suitable for the determination of reduced vitamin C.
