和谐,是指事物和现象各个方面完美的配合、协调和多元化的统一;心理学家认为,和谐是真善美的统一,是人和事物存在的最佳表现形态。和谐能产生美,产生最佳效益。追求和谐课堂能很大程度地促进学生智力的发展、知识的掌握和创新能力的提高。构建和谐高效课堂是教师的责任,师生平等互助是和谐高效课堂的主体,改革教法是和谐高效课堂的途径,坚持创新是和谐高效课堂的灵魂。
Harmony refers to the perfect cooperation, coordination and pluralism unification of all aspects of things and phenomena. According to psychologists, harmony is the unification of truth, goodness and beauty, and the best manifestation of the existence of people and things. Harmony can produce beauty and produce the best benefits.
