研究了在大口径铜蒸气激光器 (CVL)的氖缓冲气体内掺入氢气对激光输出特性的影响。实验表明 ,掺入微量氢气使输出功率增加 2 5% ,输出光束的空间特性得以改善。
The effect of hydrogen incorporation into the neon buffer gas of a large diameter copper vapor laser (CVL) on the laser output characteristics was investigated. Experiments show that, adding a small amount of hydrogen to increase the output power of 25%, the output beam of the spatial characteristics can be improved.
