今夏有幸聆听了知名教育家余文森教授的讲座,受益匪浅。余教授谈到课堂观察的一个方法:“如果把课堂上教师的活动、教师的语言都拿掉,来看看学生在课堂上的表现,如果学生的活动是系统的、连续的,那么这堂课已经成功了一半。”教授所言课堂要充分体现学生之主体地位。学生的主体地位得以体现了,是不是就可以淡化教师的作用,教师在课堂中究竟该扮演一个怎样的角色,发挥怎样的作用呢?引起了笔者在会场的思考,结合自己的教学实践,谈谈自己的一些观点。
