中国上海外轮代理公司积极跻身于国际航运市场,凭藉自身优势,着力加强与世界跨国公司、名牌公司的合作,为实现李鹏总理1994年在沪考察时提出的建立上海国际航运中心的战略目标迈出坚实的一步。该公司会同上海大昌实业总公司与日本伊藤忠商事株式会社、日本鸿池运输株式会社和日本大阪商船三井船舶株式会社共同投资的“上海南华国际物流有限公司”于1994年9月21日在沪成立。三家日方投资者分别是世界著名的贸易、物流、海运大公司,其中“伊藤忠”是中国最大的贸易伙伴之一。 新成立的“南华公司”位于吴淞地区逸仙路上,毗邻上海港集箱码头,占地12万平方米,总投资1780多万美元,日方均以现金参与投资,目前资金已全部到位。公司主要经营国际集装箱运输、多式联运、货运代理、仓储、装拆箱、集装箱工程技术等业务,93年9月底破土动工,可望10个月内建成投产。届时,公司将建立上海至日本、韩国、香港及东南亚地区的运输集散网络,集装箱年处理量可占口岸总运量的10%左右,将为上海口岸的进出口公司货畅其流提供可靠的“一站制”服务。 市场经济体制给国际航运代理市场注入了激烈竞争的机制。随着我国改革开放和对外经济贸易的迅猛发展,上海口岸百舸争流、万商云集,竞争日趋激烈。企业何以才能生存发展,异军
