高等级水泥混凝土路面设计年限一般为20~30年,但是根据已建的高等级水泥混凝土路面运营情况,实际上在使用7~8年左右,就出现大量的断板、错台等破损类型,需要再次大修,远没达到当初的期望,因此在高等级公路建设中有被边缘化及被沥青混凝土路面替代的危险。究其原因有车辆超载及交通流量过大的原因,也有路面结构设计及施工的不足和缺陷,现主要对水泥混凝土路面接缝和钢筋设计进行探讨。
