翻转课堂是教育信息化大背景下产生的一种新型教学组织形式,其彻底地颠覆了传统教学流程,最大化地契合了建构主义学习理论中“以学生为中心”的学习理念。文章在分析职业教育传统课堂教学现状的基础上,提出将翻转课堂应用于职业教育教学当中,并构建了适合职业教育特点的翻转课堂教学结构模型,对翻转课堂在职业教育领域如何更好地有效性实施进行条件分析。
Flip classroom is a new type of teaching organization that emerges under the background of education informationization. It completely subverts the traditional teaching process and maximally matches the learning philosophy of “student-centered” in constructivist learning theory.
