我院自1977～1986年共收治头、颈部横纹肌肉瘤5例,其中耳横纹肌肉为2例,均属胚胎型。现报告如下:例1,女,6岁,1977年7月25日入院。患儿于入院前4月余右耳内长一块物,曾于公社医院摘除后又复发,3个月前右耳后肿胀,20多天前耳后偶被碰撞后溃破不愈,伤口有团块逐渐增大,10余天前口角向对侧歪斜.检查:清瘦,心、肺、肝、脾(一)右眼不能闭合、口向左侧歪斜,右眼外展麻痹。右耳 In our hospital from 1977 to 1986, a total of 5 cases of rhabdomyosarcoma of the neck and neck were treated.
