目的为宫颈癌早诊早治工作开展提供一定的参考依据。方法对静宁县24个乡镇的农村已婚妇女开展宫颈癌免费检查。结果对5 728例已婚妇女进行普查,患病人数931例,患病率16.25%,妇女常见妇科病发病率最高为炎症、ASCUS,查出宫颈癌2例。炎症30~40岁居多,发病率18.75%,60岁以上最低,患病率随年龄增加而下降。结论应定期对农村妇女进行妇科病普查普治,加强宣传教育,提高妇女自我保健意识,早发现、早诊断、早治疗,降低妇科疾病的发病率。在农村已婚妇女中开展宫颈癌检查,普及妇科疾病防治知识,以提高妇女健康水平和生活质量。
The purpose of early diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer carry out work to provide some reference. Methods The rural married women in 24 towns and villages of Jingning County were tested for cervical cancer free of charge. Results A total of 5 728 married women were surveyed, with 931 patients with a prevalence of 16.25%. The highest prevalence of gynecological diseases in women was inflammation and ASCUS. Two cases of cervical cancer were detected. Inflammation mostly 30 to 40 years old, the incidence of 18.75%, minimum 60 years of age, the prevalence decreased with age. Conclusions Regular surveys on rural women should be carried out on a general survey of gynecological diseases. Public awareness and education should be stepped up to raise women’s awareness of self-care. Early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment should be conducted to reduce the incidence of gynecological diseases. In married women in rural areas to carry out cervical cancer screening, universal knowledge of prevention and treatment of gynecological diseases in order to improve women’s health and quality of life.
