目的:通过对肝脏恶性肿瘤靶区局部射频或微波治疗前后超声造影的观察,探讨超声造影方法评估局部治疗近期疗效的可行性。方法:56个(病灶)肝脏恶性肿瘤患者均经增强CT或超声造影、活检证实,局部治疗疗程结束后行超声造影观察局部治疗区域,以治疗后治疗区造影各时相无造影增强,血清学指标正常作为局部治疗彻底的标准,动脉期治疗区残存增强病灶,门脉期及延迟期病灶造影清退,类似于治疗前造影特点为治疗不彻底,作为下次治疗的靶目标区,直至达到彻底治疗标准。结果:超声造影可以动态显示局部治疗区域的微循环特点及残存病灶的各种形态。结论:超声造影可以显示出局部治疗的治疗区域形态以及残存肿瘤表现,并确定将此作为靶治疗区域,为再次补充治疗提供导向作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the feasibility of local contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in assessing the short-term effect of local treatment by observing the local radiofrequency or microwave contrast-enhanced ultrasound before and after the treatment of liver malignant tumor target area. Methods: Fifty-six patients with malignant liver lesions were confirmed by enhanced CT or contrast-enhanced ultrasound. The results of biopsy showed that the local treatment area was observed by contrast-enhanced ultrasound after the end of local treatment, and no contrast enhancement was observed after treatment. As a standard local standard of complete treatment, the arterial phase of the remaining survivors enhanced lesions, portal venous phase and delayed debridement of lesions, similar to the treatment of angiography before the treatment is not complete, as the next target area for treatment until it reaches Thoroughly treat the standard. Results: Contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) can dynamically display the characteristics of microcirculation and the various forms of residual lesions in the local treatment area. CONCLUSIONS: Contrast-enhanced ultrasound can show the morphology of the treated area and the appearance of residual tumor. It can be used as a target area to provide a guide for replenishing the treatment.
