目的:研究五灵肩周丸的镇痛抗炎作用及急性毒性。方法:采用小鼠扭体实验和甲醛致痛模型来观察五灵肩周丸的镇痛作用;抗炎实验采用大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验及小鼠二甲苯致耳廓肿胀模型;采用小鼠单次ig的方法测定其LD50。结果:给予3.8,7.6 g·kg-1的五灵肩周丸能明显减少醋酸所致小鼠的扭体次数(P<0.05),抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀(P<0.01);五灵肩周丸在3.8,11.4 g·kg-1时能明显减轻甲醛致痛实验中小鼠的Ⅰ相疼痛反应(P<0.01),但对甲醛引起的Ⅱ相疼痛反应没有显著影响;剂量为7.6 g·kg-1时对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05);急性毒性试验表明,其LD50为148.4 g·kg-1。结论:五灵肩周丸具有明显的镇痛抗炎作用,且具有较高的安全性。
Objective: To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects and acute toxicity of Wuling Shou Zhou Wan. Methods: The analgesic effect of Wuling Shoulder Zhou Wan was observed by writhing test and formalin-induced pain model in mice. The anti-inflammatory experiment was performed on rat granuloma of cotton ball and the model of auricle swelling caused by xylene in mice. Single ig method to determine its LD50. Results: Wuling Shou Zhou Wan (3.8, 7.6 g · kg -1) significantly reduced the number of writhing induced by acetic acid (P <0.05) and inhibited the swelling of mice ear caused by xylene (P <0.01). Wuling Shou Zhou Wan at 3.8, 11.4 g · kg-1 can significantly reduce the formaldehyde induced pain in mice Ⅰ phase pain reaction (P <0.01), but formaldehyde induced phase Ⅱ pain reaction did not significantly affect the dose of At 7.6 g · kg-1, the formation of granuloma in rats was significantly inhibited (P <0.05). The acute toxicity test showed that LD50 was 148.4 g · kg-1. Conclusion: Wuling Shou Zhou Wan has obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, and has high safety.
