各位老师、同学们、同志们: 在辽宁警官高等专科学校建校40周年之际,我代表省委、省政府,代表前来参加会议的省人大副主任郭大维、副省长赵新良同志,向省警专的全体师生员工,表示热烈的祝贺！向来自全国公安教育战线的专家和全省公安机关的同志们,致以亲切的问候！向一向关心学校建设的公安部领导表示感谢！同时我代表省政法委向一向给予警专关心、关怀、支持的大连市委、市人大、市政府、市政协的领导表示感谢！ 辽宁警官高等专科学校,在省公安厅的直接领导下,已经走过40年的光辉历程。40年来,历代“警专人”始终坚持正确的办学方向,艰苦创业,无私奉献,为全省公安事业的发展培养了万名后继人才,成为全省警官成长的摇篮。
Ladies and Gentlemen, Comrades: On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Liaoning Police College, on behalf of the provincial party committee and government, representatives of the National People’s Congress, Guo Dewei and Vice Governor Zhao Xinliang, All teachers and students of police academy staff, warm congratulations! I would like to extend my cordial regards to the experts from the public security education front in the country and the comrades of the public security organs in the province. Thanks to the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, who have always been concerned about the construction of schools. At the same time, on behalf of the Provincial Politics and Law Committee, I would like to express my gratitude to the leadership of the Dalian Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal People’s Congress, the municipal government and the CPPCC who have always given their attention, care and support to the police academy. Liaoning Police College, under the direct leadership of the Provincial Public Security Department, has gone through 40 years of glorious history. Over the past 40 years, the “special police personnel” in various dynasties have always adhered to the correct direction of running schools, worked arduously and have made selfless contributions. They have trained over 10,000 qualified personnel for the development of public security in the province and become the cradle for the growth of police officers throughout the province.
