以多元线性回归为数据分析手段,建立以当今图书馆员继续承诺为因变量的回归方程模型。该模型的自变量涉及4类,分别是:①人口学基本信息:职务是否为馆级领导,进馆是否5年以内,年龄是否31-40或51-60,所在地区是否为东北地区,职称是否为研究馆员;②快乐指数因子:目标价值体验,身体健康体验;③工作满意度因子:组织氛围满意度,公平满意度;④快乐程度自评:未来5年与目前的快乐自评。并尝试对这些因子的影响进行分析。
Using multiple linear regression as a means of data analysis, a regression equation model is established in which librarians continue to commit themselves as dependent variables. The model’s independent variables involved in four categories, namely: ① demographic basic information: whether the job-level leadership of the museum, the museum is within 5 years, the age is 31-40 or 51-60, the region is the northeast region, the title Whether the research librarian; Happy index factor: the target value of experience, physical health experience; ③ job satisfaction factor: organizational climate satisfaction, fairness of satisfaction; ④ degree of happiness self-assessment: the next 5 years with the current self-evaluation of happiness. And try to analyze the impact of these factors.
