当前,各高职院校普遍存在高职学生对英语兴趣不浓、英语教学效率不高、学生学习不理想、培养出的学生也无法满足社会的需求等问题。各院校也纷纷对高职大学英语教学进行改革,大学英语教师的专业发展面临严峻挑战。现结合湖南理工职业技术学院高职学生大学英语教学课堂的现状和存在的问题,思考、反思与教学实践有关的问题,从而提高课堂教学质量,让英语教师在不断反思中提升自己专业水平,促进英语教师专业发展。
At present, there is a widespread problem in all higher vocational colleges that students in higher vocational schools have a low interest in English, inefficient English teaching, poor student learning and students who are unable to meet the needs of society. All colleges and universities have also carried out the reform of English teaching in higher vocational colleges. The professional development of college English teachers faces severe challenges. Now combined with the current situation and existing problems of college English teaching in higher vocational college of Hunan Polytechnic, we think about and reflect on problems related to teaching practice so as to improve the quality of classroom teaching and improve the professional level of English teachers in constant reflection English teacher professional development.
