众所周知,食用菌栽培袋在装料时,袋口一端要用力拉住才能压紧、压实培养料,此端常常会有变形现象.笔者在此介绍一种简单可行有效防变形之法,在装料前将聚丙烯袋在120℃的高温高压下预蒸20分钟,对于聚氯乙烯袋可在0.5%的食盐水中煮50~40分钟,水沮保持80~90℃,或在常压下(100℃)蒸1.2小时左右,晾干或烘干,均可收到在装料时不变形的效果。采用上述方法不仅能提高袋的韧性,且袋能反复使用多次。
