本文采用裘布依公式,以孔雀河中上游为实例,模拟了孔雀河第三分水枢纽至普惠段、普惠水库至经济牧场段、尉犁县的经济牧场至66分水闸段在不同地下水位、不同抽水降深情况下的影响半径。结果表明:普惠水库至经济牧场段的影响半径在1米、3米、5米的降深影响都是最大,且是其他两地影响半径的2倍甚至更大。第三分水枢纽至普惠段的单口井的抽水量较大,在棉花生长季,单口井抽水对周边地下水影响的范围达776米。目前,孔雀河两岸水位严重下降,胡杨大片死亡,应控制耕地扩张,加快实施退耕还水计划,坚持以水定地、以水定结构、以水定发展的原则,取缔非法机电井,才能使水位逐渐恢复,利于经济与社会的发展。
In this paper, we use the formula of Qiu Buyi to take the middle and upper reaches of the Peacock River as an example to simulate the economic development of the Peacock River from the third water diversion hub to the Pratt & Whitney section, the Pratt & Whitney reservoir to the economic pasture section, the economic pasture in Yuli County to 66 points, Impact radius with different pumping depth. At present, the water level on both banks of the Peacock River has been seriously reduced. Populus euphratica has died in mass destruction. The expansion of cultivated land should be controlled and the project of returning land for farming to water reclamation should be put in place. Only by using the principle of water quality and water quality, we should ban illegal electromechanical wells, Water level gradually restored, which will benefit economic and social development.
