细胞周期素D1蛋白(Cyclin D1)是细胞周期中的重要调控因子,它作用于细胞周期的G_1→S期调控点,为G_1期的限速步骤。Cyclin D1的过度表达使细胞周期G_1期缩短,细胞生长对有丝分裂原和粘附信号的需求降低,最终引发肿瘤的发生。越来越多的研究表明,Cyclin D1在正常细胞周期及肿瘤的调节中起着重要作用。亦有研究指出,Cyclin D1在妇科肿瘤中呈阳性表达且与妇瘤关系密切。现将Cyclin D1与妇科肿瘤的关系做一综述。1 关于细胞周期调控
Cyclin D1 is an important regulatory factor in the cell cycle. It acts on the G 1 → S regulatory point of the cell cycle and is the rate-limiting step in the G_1 phase. The overexpression of Cyclin D1 shortens the G_1 phase of the cell cycle, and the demand of mitosis and adhesion signals for cell growth is reduced, eventually leading to tumorigenesis. More and more studies show that Cyclin D1 plays an important role in the regulation of normal cell cycle and tumor. Some studies also pointed out that Cyclin D1 was positively expressed in gynecologic tumors and was closely related to the tumor. Now the relationship between Cyclin D1 and gynecological tumors are reviewed. 1 on cell cycle regulation
