[目的]探讨苯、甲苯、二甲苯(三者简称混苯)对作业工人血常规的影响。[方法]选择泉州市某鞋厂接触混苯的143名作业工人作为接触组,选择不接触混苯的163名作业工人作为对照组进行调查,同时测定作业环境中混苯浓度。[结果]接触组白细胞减少的检出率高于对照组(2=8.36,P<0.01),并与接触工龄有相关趋势;作业环境均符合国家标准。[结论]长期接触低浓度混苯可能导致白细胞减少,随着接触时间延长,白细胞异常率上升,女性比男性更敏感。
[Objective] To investigate the influence of benzene, toluene and xylene (three kinds of benzene for short) on blood routine workers. [Method] A total of 143 workers who mixed with benzene in a shoe factory in Quanzhou were selected as the contact group and 163 workers without mixed benzene were selected as the control group for investigation. The concentration of benzene mixed in the working environment was also determined. [Results] The detection rate of leukopenia in the contact group was higher than that in the control group (2 = 8.36, P <0.01), and there was a trend related to the length of service. The working environment all met the national standards. [Conclusion] Long-term exposure to low concentrations of benzene may lead to leukopenia. As the contact time prolongs, the abnormal rate of leukocytes increases, and women are more sensitive than men.
