企业基层成本的精细化管理是针对传统的粗放式管理提出的,在一定意义上可以说是对企业粗放式成本管理方式的一种挑战。企业基层成本的精细化管理不仅能够使企业内部的管理水平提高,而且能够让企业的经济效益整体提高,从而促进企业的长足发展。本文首先分析了企业基层成本管理的内涵,接着探讨了企业基层成本精细化管理对企业发展的重要性,进而提出了行之有效的企业基层成本精细化管理策略,最后对全文进行了总结。
The fine management of enterprise grass-roots cost is proposed for the traditional extensive management, which can be said to be a challenge to the extensive cost management of enterprises in a certain sense. The fine management of enterprise grass-roots cost can not only improve the internal management level of the enterprise, but also improve the overall economic benefit of the enterprise so as to promote the rapid development of the enterprise.
