“跨界”人才培养是我国高等教育的一个趋势,全国高校几乎都面临着跨学科与复合式教学体系建设的迫切需求,尤其在艺术类院校,其重要性不言而喻。作为艺术新兴领域的数字媒体艺术更加强调“团队”与“合作”的概念。艺术院校的教师在艺术的教学实践中,需要具备“跨界”培养人才的意识,积极探索与尝试最适合培养艺术人才的培养模式,满足新时代下艺术人才培养的新要求。本文结合南京艺术学院近年来对于艺术人才培养的实践经验,尤其研究了在数字媒体艺术领域中教学的大量实例和成果,对该领域的“跨界”人才培养进行了探索。
“Cross-border ” personnel training is a trend of higher education in our country. Almost all colleges and universities in our country are faced with the urgent need of interdisciplinary and compound teaching system construction. Especially in arts colleges, its importance is self-evident. The digital media art as an emerging field of art emphasizes the concept of “team” and “cooperation”. Teachers in art colleges and universities need to cultivate their talents in the teaching of art. They should actively explore and try their best to cultivate artistic talents and meet the new requirements of artistic talents cultivation in the new era. In this paper, we combine the practical experience of Nanjing Art Institute with the training of art talents in recent years, especially the large number of examples and achievements of teaching in the field of digital media art and the exploration of “transboundary” talent cultivation in this field.
