目的检测十味玉泉胶囊中添加的格列苯脲。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇一磷酸二氢铵(6:3)为流动相,C18为固定相,流速1.20ml/min,在274μm波长处进行定性定量分析。结果供试品中检出格列苯脲,其含量为1.1mg/粒(RSD=0.81%,n=5)。结论本方法简便,准确,专属性好。 Objective To detect glibenclamide added in Shiwei Yuquan capsule. Methods The RP-HPLC method was used. The mobile phase consisted of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate monobasic (6:3) and C18 as the stationary phase. The flow rate was 1.20 ml/min. The qualitative and quantitative analysis was performed at the wavelength of 274 μm. Results Glibenclamide was detected in the test sample at a content of 1.1 mg/grain (RSD=0.81%, n=5). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and specific.
