根据社会认知理论中三方互惠决定因果模型,对影响学生家长在陪训时段的行为选择的因素进行分析。陪训时段是指学生家长把孩子送进培训机构开始到孩子学习结束这段具有等待性质的时间。文章运用因子分析法对可能制约家长陪训时段行为选择的因素进行主成分分析,再从凸显因子的意义出发,进行了最大方差旋转,从方差旋转后的因子载荷阵挖掘出五个主要因子的具体含义;并针对五个主要制约因子提出相应的对策建议。
According to the social and cognitive theory, the three parties make a causal model of reciprocal determination, and analyze the factors that affect the parents’ choice of behavior during the training period. Training time is refers to the parents of children into the training institutions began to learn the waiting time for children to wait for this time. In this paper, we use principal component analysis to analyze the factors that may restrict parents’ choice of behavior during the training period, and then carry out the maximum variance rotation from the significance of highlighting factors. Five major factors are extracted from the factor loading matrix after variance rotation Specific meaning; and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the five major constraints.
