职业倦怠成为我国普遍性的职业问题,乡镇公务员长期处于基层一线,工作重,压力大,其职业倦怠主要是由内在激励的不足导致。本文基于ERG理论的视角,分析了生存需要、相互关系需要和成长发展的需要导致了职业倦怠的发生,并提出相应的对策,诱发因素的复杂性意味着化解职业倦怠不能依靠单个力量,需要组织、个人等多方的共同努力。因公务员职业的特殊性,对其表现出的职业倦怠应该避免职业标签化的思考。
Job burnout has become a universal occupational problem in our country. The township public servants have long been at the grassroots level, with heavy workload and pressure. Their job burnout is mainly caused by the lack of intrinsic motivation. Based on the perspective of ERG theory, this paper analyzes the need of survival, the need of mutual relationship and the need of growth and development, which leads to the occurrence of job burnout and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. The complexity of triggering factors means that job burnout can not be relied on a single force, , Individuals and many other joint efforts. Due to the particularity of the civil servant’s occupation, the professional burnout should be avoided thinking of the occupation label.
