目的为探究徐州市铜山区现阶段麻疹发病特征,掌握铜山区麻疹流行规律,制定控制和消除麻疹策略提供依据。方法利用中国疾病监测信息报告管理系统数据库及《铜山统计年鉴》人口数,统计2009—2010年铜山区麻疹各月发病数、不同年龄组及不同地区发病率。结果 2009—2010年徐州市铜山区麻疹年平均报告发病率为1.75/10万;发病呈季节性,以3—5月发病较多,发病高峰出现在3月份;发病年龄以<1岁和15岁以上的人群为主,男性多于女性;发病以散童为主,农民、学生次之;无免疫史和免疫史不详的发病率较高。结论徐州市铜山区麻疹流行有明显的季节性、人群性、地区性,应继续保持和巩固麻疹疫苗常规免疫工作,及时规范接种麻疹疫苗,消除人群免疫空白;适时在重点人群中开展麻疹疫苗强化免疫工作,提高人群免疫力;完善麻疹监测网络,提高麻疹监测能力和水平。
Objective To explore the incidence characteristics of measles at the present stage of Tongshan District in Xuzhou City, master the epidemic law of measles in Tongshan District, and provide evidences for controlling and eliminating measles. Conclusion The prevalence of measles in Tongshan District of Xuzhou City is obviously seasonal, crowdable and regional.
