本文介绍了冷硬呋喃树脂砂生产铸钢件所遇到的一些工艺技术问题及出现的缺陷,并通过生产试验分析研究了出现这些问题和缺陷的原因、机理。总结了解决这些问题的方法,提出了用冷硬呋喃树脂砂生产铸钢件制芯及涂料配制的暂行工艺规程。
In this paper, some technical problems and defects encountered in the production of steel castings by cholera furan resin sand are introduced. The causes and mechanism of these problems and defects are analyzed through the production test analysis. Summarized the methods to solve these problems, put forward the use of chilled furan resin sand casting steel casting system and the preparation of the interim procedures.
