当今的小学英语故事教学课堂上,老师的提问大多属IRE模式。这种模式包括三个部分:教师提问——学生回答——教师评价(initiation-response-evaluation)。这种提问模式过于简单而不能实质性地提高学生的交际能力,教师应该使用一种新的提问模式——IRF提问模式。即教师发起话语(Initiation)——学生回应(Response)——教师反馈(Feedback)话语互动模式,也称为IRF模式。这种提问模式有助于在故事教学中激发学生参与延伸课堂话语,鼓励学生思维,有效提高学生的英语
Today’s primary English story teaching class, the teacher’s questions are mostly IRE mode. This model consists of three parts: teacher questions - student response - teacher evaluation (initiation-response-evaluation). This mode of questioning is too simple and can not substantially improve students’ communicative competence, teachers should use a new questioning mode - IRF question mode. That is, teacher initiates - student response (Response) - teacher feedback interaction mode, also known as IRF mode. This questioning model helps to stimulate students’ participation in the teaching of the story to extend the classroom discourse, encourage students’ thinking and effectively improve students’ English.
