本文对接近共晶成分的20%Cr和17%Cr两种高铬铸铁,采用简便的定向凝固铸造工艺和改进的热处理工艺试制抛丸机叶片。前者用于钢丸的工况下,使用寿命达670小时,超过世界名牌产品瑞士GF叶片100%。后者用于铁丸的工况下,达380小时,超过国内优质叶片55%。试验结果表明、在使用铁丸的工况下,叶片主要是切削磨损、但反复冲击下材料的剥落也起着重要作用,提高叶片的硬度和降低残奥量,有利于耐磨性的提高。在使用钢丸的工况下,叶片的失效主要是由于反复冲击下材料的剥落,而切削所起的作用轻微,降低残奥量和改善马氏体的韧性能有效地提高耐磨性。碳化物垂直于磨面的定向排列,也有利于提高耐磨性。
In this paper, two types of high-chromium cast iron, 20% Cr and 17% Cr, which are close to the eutectic composition, are manufactured by simple directional solidification casting process and improved heat treatment process. The former for the conditions of steel balls, the service life of up to 670 hours, more than the world famous brand Swiss GF leaves 100%. The latter is used for iron pills under the conditions of up to 380 hours, more than 55% of the domestic high-quality leaves. The experimental results show that under the condition of using iron pellets, the blade is mainly cutting and wearing, but the spalling of the material under repeated impact also plays an important role in improving the hardness of the blade and reducing the amount of the residual paraffin, which is favorable for improving the wear resistance. In the case of using steel shot, the failure of the blade is mainly due to the spalling of the material under repeated impact, while the effect of cutting is slight, reducing the amount of the residual parasite and improving the toughness of the martensite can effectively improve the wear resistance. Carbide perpendicular to the orientation of the grinding surface, but also help to improve the wear resistance.
