《南京!南京!》的叙事视点处理混杂、跳跃而混乱,人物行为逻辑难以追寻,主题意念离散。影片的叙事肌理充满了一种抒情的夸张和改变历史、随意说出自己解释的强力态度。这可以从导演在视听语言和叙事方法两个层面对于杂耍蒙太奇的偏爱看出来。今天带着简单的、毫无怀疑的态度去写小豆子这样的少年兵上战场英勇杀敌,是失却了人道主义的立场,是在重复生产一种陈旧、可怕的战争观念。
