中海实业公司在质量效益年提出让服务质量更加标准化、贴心化、精细化的“三化”要求。分公司在已有《物业管理与服务图示标准》的基础上,梳理完善了7个标准,根据需求制定2个新标准。质量就是标准,是要求。提质量、降成本、增效益是企业发展的使命。朝阳门海油大厦管理分公司围绕小事降成本,做好服务增效益,力求把服务工作做精做细,用点滴积累汇聚质量效益的大江大海。记事本引起的连锁反应作为物业管理服务型企业,抓质量、促服务首先要除隐患。
